Boat Reviews By Owners

2003 -- 28' 0" ALBEMARLE

Model: 28

Cockpit: Large cockpit you feel like its a larger boat. Helm Visibility is great. Awesome for long fishing trips.

Cabin: Large cabin for a boat this size two can overnight in comfort. You can use the head !! its not just for show.

Construction: I feel Albemarle and CABO are the best built boats under 41 feet if you want an express inboard boat. I have had NO problems with this boat.No need for diesel in the 28 get the gas save lots of money and go faster! Burn is 18-19gph 28kts with 600hp.

Handling: Give me head sea or following sea the Albemarle eats it for lunch! with such a deep V the boat tends to roll more in a beam sea. VERY DRY great carolina boat.

Engine Room: twin 350 mag 600hp mercs. very fast, no smoke quiet troll. better engine warranty than diesel.

General Comments: We fish Chesapeake Bay in the spring and tuna in Ocean City in the summer.Visit lots of bars and restaurants.
