Boat Reviews By Owners

2005 -- 29' 3" FORMULA

Model: 27 PC

Cockpit: Great Visibility from the helm. Port lounge is very comfortable and most popular seat. Back seat can be stowed to make room for fishing. Enough room for 6-7 adults very comfortably.

Cabin: Head is very big for a boat this sized. Aft cabin is smaller than the one I had in my 24 ft boat. V berth has to be made, but fairly comfortable for two adults.

Construction: Formula uses the best of the best. However, I was very disappointed when the cabinet doors fell off during a trip in heavy seas. Was able to fix them with longer screws.

Handling: The boat handles very good, especially for a boat of this size. It amazes how well this boat handles the chesapeake bay. The bay can be anything from smooth to 3-4 ft rough chop and this boat does it all well.

Engine Room: Twin 5.7 Volvos wit duo props. Fairly fuel efficient for a boat and gets on plain very fas.

General Comments: General cruising.
