Boat Reviews By Owners

1988 -- 17' 9" HYDROSTREAM

Model: Valero

Cockpit: Visibility is excellent. Interior is resonable will seat 4 best with 2 though.

Cabin: No Cabin

Construction: It is a very well built boat. Mine is an all original 1988 and there is not one problem. The decks have faded slightly but that's nothing the manufaturere can help. Its to be expected.

Handling: Boat handles very well but like most Hydrostreams it is prone to chine-walking. Learn to handle that and its a blast. Not a rough water boat at all though.

Engine Room: 200hp Mariner, Bob's nosecone and lower unit, Chopper Prop, Detwiler Hydrolic Jackplate 94mph on a good day

General Comments: All speed! Would ski someone nicely with a diffent prop but ive set it up for speed!
